David was called to ministry as a junior at North Garland High School in Garland, TX, and has followed that call to serve as a Minister to Youth, Associate Pastor, and now, as a Senior Pastor. He has served in churches in New Mexico, Arkansas, and throughout Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion from Baylor University, and a Master of Arts degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth. He and his wife, Ashley, also a graduate of Baylor, have two girls, Anna and Kate, and a boy, Sam.

Casey DeLay

Casey was called to ministry at the age of 15, and while growing up was a leader in his youth group. In his junior year at Kilgore High School he started traveling with an evangelistic ministry group called "Faith Jumpstart Ministries". As part of this ministry group, Casey helped in the leading of youth camps, "True Love Waits" rallies, church revivals with travel teams, and lock-ins, for over four years. After graduating high school, Casey was a part of starting Life Point Church in Longview, TX, as well as Harvest Bible Church in Rockdale, TX. During this time he earned an Associates Degree from Kilgore College, and then attended East Texas Baptist University. Casey's passion in life is serving youth, playing music to honor our Lord, and serving Him in whatever he's called to do. He and his wife Meleaha, were married in May 2009.

Angela Bly

Angela loves children as anyone can see, by the fact she and her husband, Joe, a Pennsylvania native, have five children of their own. Angela loves kids and feels God has gifted her to teach them about God's word, and His love for them. She was born in Stamford, TX, and finished school at Trinity High School in Euless, TX. She then attended the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, and the Pennsylvania College of Technology, after moving there with Joe. They lived in Pennsylvania for 11 yrs. and have been back in Texas since 2004.

Vanessa Sides

Early Childhood Coordinator

Vanessa was born and raised in Longview. She graduated from Pine Tree High School, and attended Kilgore College. She and her husband, Frank, have been married for 5 years, and have 3 adult children. Vanessa has worked with children in some capacity since WOCC started back in 1998.

Traci Francis

The smiling voice usually answering the church phone is Traci Francis, our church Administrative Assistant. She grew up and graduated High School a big stone throw away in Daingerfield, Texas. She is married to "The catch of her life" Don. Between the two of them, they have 4 grown children and a little "princess" Jessica. Traci has a passion to know Jesus more and more and continually grow in Him. She leads the ladies Wednesday evening Bible studies group, loves scrap-booking, beading, reading, cooking and vacations with her great family.
